L'Ecole Culinaire

After 31 years in the corporate IT world as a professional programmer, I have taken early retirement and am starting a new career in the Culinary field.
I completed the Culinary Essentials degree program at L'Ecole Culinaire in July.
I am now working as a prep cook at the Gatesworth under Chef Brian Hardy.
